At the end of 2021, the Ministry of Finance, the State Taxation Administration, and other departments successively issued two important financial and tax policies: the "Announcement on the Catalogue of Corporate Income Tax Preferences for Resource Comprehensive Utilization Enterprises (2021 Edition)" and the "Announcement on Improving the Value-Added Tax Policies for Resource Comprehensive Utilization (No. 40 of 2021)". These policies have a significant impact on enterprises engaged in precious metal recycling, leading to numerous consultations with our association. Currently, various interpretations are circulating in society, which are not recognized by the Ministry of Finance and may easily mislead enterprises.
