BASF Heraeus Metal Resources Co., Ltd. is a newly established joint venture between BASF Environmental Catalysts and Metal Solutions and Heraeus Precious Metals, with a registered capital of 160 million yuan, with both parties holding 50% of the shares, located in Pinghu City, Zhejiang Province.
