China Precious Metals Industry Committee
China Precious Metals Industry Committee was established in 2006 and officially registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs. The superior unit is the China Material Recycling Association, which is a national social organization.
Responsibilities of the Committee: Establish and improve industry self-discipline mechanisms, cooperate with government agencies to formulate industry regulations, standards, and industrial plans, act as industry managers to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members, actively promote the compliant operation of the precious metal industry, and lead the industry's large-scale and international development. By conducting industry statistical research, consulting, introducing advanced technology, professional training, product certification, conferences, and international exchanges and cooperation, we provide high-quality services to our members in all aspects.

19th China Precious Metals Industry Development Forum
The 19th China Precious Metals Industry Development Forum will be held in Fuzhou from November 6 to 7, 2025. This year's forum will bring together industry leaders from across the globe—representing the entire value chain, including recycling and refining, material applications, market trading, and futures—to jointly explore new pathways for high-quality industry development in the current landscape.
The Guangzhou Futures Exchange is advancing the research and development of platinum and palladium futures and options in accordance with relevant national regulations, and has drafted six exposure drafts. With a view to optimizing product design and aligning with market demand, we now publicly solicit suggestions for amendments to the aforementioned contracts and rules. Relevant feedback must be submitted in writing or via email to the Exchange by August 7, 2025.
Green development is an inherent requirement of high-quality productivity and a distinctive feature of high-quality development. To improve the level of green development in the precious metals industry, the Precious Metals Working Committee of the China物资再生协会 (CPMIC) actively guides enterprises in technological innovation and energy conservation and emission reduction, provides consulting and guidance for enterprise green development, and provides comprehensive support for enterprise qualification and honor applications.
