Announcement on Soliciting Public Comments on Platinum and Palladium Futures and Options Contracts and Related Rules

The Guangzhou Futures Exchange is advancing the research and development of platinum and palladium futures and options in accordance with relevant national regulations, and has drafted six exposure drafts. With a view to optimizing product design and aligning with market demand, we now publicly solicit suggestions for amendments to the aforementioned contracts and rules. Relevant feedback must be submitted in writing or via email to the Exchange by August 7, 2025.

Pursuant to the Futures and Derivatives Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on Futures Trading, and relevant provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), the Guangzhou Futures Exchange (hereinafter referred to as GFEX) is advancing the development of platinum and palladium futures and options steadily . The following draft documents have been formulated:

To enhance the design of platinum and palladium futures/options and better serve market participants, GFEX now invites public feedback on these draft contracts and related rules (see Annex). All comments must be submitted in writing or electronically to GFEX no later than August 7, 2025.
