中国证券网讯 (记者 朱方舟)为了推动亚太地区乃至世界范围内金属资源的高效利用、构建全球以金属资源为主体的再生资源大数据环境信息体系，5月7日巴塞尔公约亚太区域中心与格林美签署了“关于巴塞尔公约亚太区域金属资源回收伙伴关系计划的倡议”和“关于巴塞尔公约亚太区域金属资源回收伙伴关系计划合作备忘录”。
该计划拟定的主要活动包括7个方面：建立区域范围的金属资源回收信息共享平台;搭建以典型金属为核心的3R信息中心;开展资源回收示范项目，促进技术进步;选择典型企业，建立综合性教育示范基地，进行先进经验推广和信息交流;打造资源回收利用技术转移平台;设立资源回收奖项，推动资源回收领域的技术创新和改革;建立金属回收和资源管理的高层次人才培养网络。
该计划由亚太区域中心组织实施，由公司提供支持，合作双方诚邀联合国机构、政府间组织、学术机构、大专院校、非政府组织、产业协会、资源回收利用企业、学术团体等利益相关方参与该计划。
格林美表示，本合作备忘录的签订，进一步提升公司以金属资源回收为主导的再生资源回收利用在国际上的影响力，促进公司有效建立再生资源回收利用的大数据体系，为公司全面提升金属资源回收技术水平提供有力保障、为公司培养再生资源回收利用的高层次人才提供强大的平台支撑。
