In order to implement the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste" and better support the standardized, refined, and information-based management of solid waste, our department has organized the preparation of the "Solid Waste Classification Directory (Draft for Comments)".
Letter on soliciting opinions on the "Catalog of Solid Waste Classification (Draft for Comments)"
In order to implement the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste" and better support the standardized, refined, and information-based management of solid waste, our department has organized the preparation of the "Catalog of Solid Waste Classification (Draft for Comments)". We are now publicly soliciting opinions, and the draft for comments and its preparation instructions can be searched and viewed in the "Opinion Collection" section on our department's website (http://www.mee.gov.cn).
All government agencies, organizations, enterprises, and individuals can submit opinions and suggestions. Relevant opinions and suggestions should be sent to our department in writing, and electronic documents should also be sent to the contact email. The deadline for soliciting opinions is July 20, 2022.
