Guangzhou Futures Exchange work exchange with CPMIC

On February 18, 2025, Chen Xuanchen, head of platinum and palladium products at Guangzhou Futures Exchange, and his team visited the Precious Metals Working Committee of the China Association of Recycling Materials (CPMIC) to exchange information on the latest progress of the platinum and palladium futures contract plan and delivery brand application.

 

On February 18, 2025, Chen Xuanchen, head of platinum and palladium products at the Guangzhou Futures Exchange, and his team visited the Precious Metals Working Committee (CPMIC) of the China National Materials Recycling Association to exchange information on the latest progress of the platinum and palladium futures contract plan and delivery brand application. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on the current state and existing problems of China's precious metals industry development, the actual operating conditions of enterprises, and data on the application of platinum and palladium in specific fields such as fiberglass, automobiles, and catalysts.

Bian Jiang stated that the association will continue to fully support the Guangzhou Futures Exchange's work on the listing of platinum and palladium futures, guide member units to strengthen industry self-discipline, cooperate with the Guangzhou Futures Exchange to improve the compliance system, and call on enterprises to seize opportunities and promote the sustainable development of the precious metals industry.

With the steady progress of the platinum and palladium futures preparation work, the Guangzhou Futures Exchange will work with CPMIC to further promote the integration of "finance + industry" and create a fairer market environment for enterprises.
