To all enterprises and institutions:
Due to the epidemic, the 15th China Precious Metals Industry Development Forum has been postponed to December 1-3. We sincerely thank all registered participants for their understanding and will verify the hotel arrangements for each participant. To ensure the smooth holding of the conference, we have formulated an epidemic prevention and control plan with the Anhui Epidemic Prevention Office and the hotel where the conference is held. We will promptly update the latest epidemic prevention requirements in Huangshan. Please comply with them. The number of conference registrations is still increasing. In order to control the number of participants, the organizing committee will no longer accept registrations in principle.

(1) Entry Prevention Measures
1. Temperature measurement and code display. Participants will present their Anhui Health Code green code and have their temperature measured (less than 37.3℃);
2. Wearing masks. Participants should correctly wear disposable medical surgical masks or masks of a higher protection level;
3. Entry to the venue requires presentation of the forum representative certificate; those without a certificate are prohibited from entering;
4. In accordance with epidemic prevention requirements, avoid gatherings, maintain distance, and participants should sit in a dispersed and spaced manner.

I. Establishment of a Prevention and Control Leading Group
To effectively prevent the novel coronavirus epidemic and properly resolve epidemic safety hazards. 3. Main work of the leading group: Carry out epidemic prevention and control knowledge publicity through various forms, such as the LED screen at the entrance of the lobby, the LED screen in the hotel, TV posters, and hotel room TV posters; establish an epidemic information WeChat group to carry out joint prevention and control of the epidemic; carry out prevention and control inspections and disinfection work for hotel shops and on-site personnel within the hotel, and keep records; be responsible for the management of external personnel and incoming personnel of hotel guests; be responsible for the procurement of prevention and control materials; be responsible for arranging and implementing other prevention and control and emergency measures of the company.
II. Responsibilities of the Leading Group
1. Responsible for supervising the implementation of prevention and control work in the area under their charge. Conduct relevant inspections in the responsible area every morning and afternoon, and truthfully fill out the inspection form. Submit the inspection form to the administrative office before the end of each workday. If problems are found, supervise and solve them promptly. If they cannot be solved promptly, immediately report to the group leader.
2. The sales department should avoid business trips as much as possible. If employees must go on business trips, they should strictly implement various prevention and control measures, and the sales director should conduct daily tracking and supervision.
3. Responsible for the implementation of various prevention and control work in the hotel;
4. Responsible for the prevention and control education and safety education of employees in the department;
5. Strengthen the prevention and control management of departmental employees and avoid employee gatherings as much as possible;
6. Manage the dining order of departmental employees and reduce employees eating out and gathering for meals as much as possible;
7. Carry out good environmental cleaning management work in the department, daily garbage classification, and management of discarded masks;
8. The kitchen designates a specific person to deliver goods from suppliers. All raw material outer packaging must be removed before entering the kitchen.
III. Epidemic Prevention Measures in Hotel Operations:
1. Real-time monitoring: Set up body temperature detection stations in hotel corridors and other core entrances and exits to check, inquire, and register all employees, and generate records. If necessary, start temperature measurement three times a day for dynamic management.
2. Hygiene management: Employees should always maintain hygiene and basic courtesy. Handwashing methods should follow the catering department's "Handwashing SOP" in the operation standard manual. Each area should be equipped with disinfectant hand sanitizer, hand towels/hand dryers, and covered trash cans; employees should ensure that they wash their hands in five situations (before touching their mouth, nose, and eyes; before handling, preparing, or serving food; after covering their mouth and nose with a tissue when sneezing or coughing; after using the toilet; after touching public facilities or equipment, such as escalator handrails, elevator control panels, or doorknobs). When coughing or sneezing, cover the mouth and nose with the elbow, and maintain a safe hygiene distance (more than 1 meter is ideal).
IV. Customer Service and Protection
1. Pay close attention to the development of the epidemic situation. For guests from medium- and high-risk areas, politely suggest that they stay at the hotel after the epidemic improves. All arriving personnel must strictly cooperate with the hotel's various epidemic prevention requirements (scanning the health code, 14-day trajectory inquiry, etc.) to ensure the personal safety of guests and employees.
2. Use prompt labels for public area or room guest supplies, such as "XX has been disinfected", so that guests can use them with peace of mind. Post prompts next to the toilet asking guests to close the toilet lid after use to avoid fecal-oral transmission.
3. Prevention and control management: Conduct body temperature tests, inquiries, and records for guests, forming guest history files. If necessary, conduct measurements twice a day. If respiratory symptoms or abnormal body temperature occur, immediately report to the High-tech Zone epidemic prevention command center. Guests from epidemic areas will be turned away and not accepted.
4. Material configuration: Configure temperature guns, masks, disinfectant alcohol, and disinfectant hand sanitizer at the hotel entrance.
5. Meeting rooms: Maintain a distance of more than 1 meter between seats in the meeting room, and do not conduct activities that may cause crowds during the meeting. Keep the meeting room windows open for ventilation and ensure that emergency exits are accessible.
6. Guest dining: Explain to guests in advance that temperature measurement and registration are required when entering and leaving the restaurant, and provide alcohol-free hand sanitizer. Maintain a distance of more than 1 meter between restaurant seats, and persuade guests to dine in different time periods to avoid crowds caused by concentrated dining times.
7. Others: Delivery and takeout personnel are prohibited from entering the hotel's internal areas. All deliveries and takeout orders must be picked up at the hotel lobby.
VIII. Precautions for Disinfection and Cleaning Personnel
1. Before disinfection operations, wear personal protective equipment, including protective glasses, protective masks, and disposable rubber gloves.
2. Disinfectants should be prepared strictly according to the prescribed ratio. When preparing disinfectants, handle them carefully to avoid contact with the body;
3. Spray disinfection of office public areas (stairs, corridors, elevators), lobby, and floor areas after work every day. Each office should use a spray bottle for spray disinfection after work.
4. Disinfect meeting rooms, reception areas, and logistics areas immediately after use. Disinfect public areas and employee restrooms (including office areas) daily.

IX. Management of External Personnel (Construction Personnel, Equipment Installers, etc.)
The person in charge of the outsourced unit should report the list of staff entering the hotel the next day to the head of the epidemic prevention team one day before work. The relevant form will be provided by the hotel. After approval by the team leader, it will be sent to the hotel security department. Outsourced staff should bring their ID cards, and the security department will check them one by one according to the list and operate according to the employee entry procedure. Those without reported names are strictly prohibited from entering the hotel. Outsourced units should equip themselves with protective masks. After entering the hotel, outsourced employees should strictly abide by the hotel's various epidemic prevention regulations. If there is any violation, the hotel may require the violator to leave the hotel immediately.
Management of Outsiders: Outsiders (except applicants) should contact and confirm in advance before coming to the hotel. Except for necessary situations, all work should be resolved through telephone and WeChat communication. If it is necessary to enter the hotel, after approval by the head of the epidemic prevention team, strictly follow the hotel employee entry procedures. Courier and delivery personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the hotel.
X. Management of Food Waste and Discarded Masks
Establish a designated storage point for food waste. All used masks must be disposed of at designated points and collected and processed by cleaning personnel. Establish a collection point for discarded masks, and cleaning personnel will wear protective equipment (protective masks, disposable rubber gloves) to collect them and wait for government departments to recycle them.
