Wei Honglian
Currently the Chief Engineer of the National Center for Solid Waste and Chemical Management Technology, Ministry of Ecology and Environment, in charge of the Hazardous Waste Management Department. Previously served as the Deputy Director of the Research Office of the State Environmental Protection Administration, Division Chief of the Pollution Control Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (during which time she served as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Gaocheng City, Hebei Province), Division Chief of the Motor Vehicle Environmental Management Office of the Air Environment Management Department, and Division Chief of the Mobile Source Department of the Air Environment Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment.
Jin Dongsheng
Previously served as Deputy Division Chief and Division Chief of the Comprehensive Division of the Policy and Regulations Department of the State Taxation Administration, and Division Chief of the Tax System Reform Division. Vice Director and Researcher of the Taxation Science Research Institute of the State Taxation Administration. Participated in the drafting of numerous tax regulations and other important tax documents of the State Taxation Administration; presided over more than 20 national or provincial and ministerial-level tax research projects; published works including: "Tax Internationalization and Tax System Reform," "Series of Books on Governing Taxation by Law," "Theory and Practice of Corporate Income Tax," "International Tax Competition and Coordination under Economic Globalization," and "Research on Tax Issues Promoting China's Outward Foreign Direct Investment and Cooperation."
