To implement the "Regulations on the Recycling and Treatment of Waste Electrical and Electronic Products," the "Administrative Measures for the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by E-waste," and the "Administrative Measures for the Collection and Use of Funds for the Treatment of Waste Electrical and Electronic Products," to improve the standardized production operations and environmental management levels of enterprises subsidized by the waste electrical and electronic product processing fund, to protect the environment, and to prevent pollution, our department has compiled the "Guidelines for Standardized Disassembly Operations and Management of Waste Electrical and Electronic Products (2014 Edition)" (Draft for Comments).
This is now sent to you for your review and written comments. Please send your feedback to our department before August 25, 2014. Provincial environmental protection departments are requested to organize the waste electrical and electronic product processing fund-subsidized enterprises in their regions and the municipal environmental protection departments where they are located to submit their opinions. Please consolidate the opinions of the environmental protection departments and submit them along with the opinions of the processing enterprises.
