Four ministries jointly issued an announcement on the subsidy standards for the fund for the treatment of waste electrical and electronic products

Announcement by the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Environmental Protection, National Development and Reform Commission, and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China

　　In order to reasonably guide the recycling and processing of waste electrical and electronic products and accelerate the improvement of industry technology level and overall efficiency,

Based on the changes in the cost and benefits of recycling and processing waste electrical and electronic products, the adjusted subsidy standards for the waste electrical and electronic product processing fund are hereby announced and shall be implemented from January 1, 2016.

Effective January 1, 2016.

2	Microcomputer	Desktop microcomputers (including host and monitor), all-in-one desktop microcomputers, and portable microcomputers	70	Subsidy standards for tablet computers and handheld computers will be determined separately.
3	Washing Machine	Single-tub washing machines and spin dryers (3 kg < dry weight ≤ 10 kg)	35	Washing machines with a dry weight ≤ 3 kg are not subsidized.
3	Washing Machine	Double-tub washing machines, pulsator-type fully automatic washing machines, and drum-type fully automatic washing machines (3 kg < dry weight ≤ 10 kg)	45
