Technical Content 4: Collection process control The collection of petrochemical solid waste catalysts (hereinafter referred to as waste agents) determined in this standard mainly includes two aspects: one is the activity of unloading the waste agents from the petrochemical device and concentrating them into corresponding packaging containers or transport vehicles; the other is the internal transportation activity of concentrating the packaged or loaded waste agents into the temporary storage facilities within the waste generating unit. At the same time, this standard provides the principles of collection classification, and standardizes collection preparation, common and control measures, unloading preparation, unloading operation, sampling, packaging, and recording.
