The National Development and Reform Commission announced the second batch of national circular economy pilot demonstration units

In accordance with the requirements of the "Notice on the Organization and Implementation of the Acceptance Work of National Circular Economy Demonstration Pilot Units" (Development and Reform Commission, Environmental Protection Department [2013] No. 471), the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce, and the National Bureau of Statistics jointly organized the acceptance work of the national circular economy pilot demonstration units. The list of units that passed the acceptance (second batch) and the list of units that did not pass the acceptance are hereby announced.
In accordance with the requirements of the "Notice on the Organization and Implementation of the Acceptance Work of National Circular Economy Demonstration Pilot Units" (Development Reform Huanzi [2013] No. 471), the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce, and the National Bureau of Statistics jointly organized the acceptance work of the national circular economy pilot demonstration units. The list of units that passed the acceptance (second batch) and the list of units that did not pass the acceptance are hereby announced.
Units that passed the pilot acceptance can continue to enjoy the policies for pilot units in terms of investment and finance, and will be given priority consideration under equal conditions in the organization and implementation of the "Ten Hundred Thousand" demonstration action of the circular economy. Units that did not pass the pilot acceptance will no longer enjoy the relevant policies for pilot units, shall not carry out work in the name of national circular economy pilot units, and shall not apply for relevant demonstration pilot projects and programs in the field of national circular economy within two years after the announcement is issued.
