Public Notice on the Preliminary List of Candidate Bases for the Sixth Batch of National "Urban Mines" Demonstration Bases [Appendix: List of 50 Bases in 6 Batches]

The National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance commissioned the China International Engineering Consulting Corporation to organize experts to review the implementation plans submitted by various localities for the sixth batch of national "urban mine" demonstration bases. Six parks, including Jiangsu Dainan Technology Park, were preliminarily selected as national urban mine demonstration bases.
The National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance commissioned the China International Engineering Consulting Corporation to organize experts to review the implementation plans submitted by various localities for the sixth batch of national "urban mine" demonstration bases, and preliminarily determined six parks, including Jiangsu Dainan Technology Park, as national urban mine demonstration bases.
In order to implement the implementation goals of the key circular economy projects proposed in the "Twelfth Five-Year" Plan Outline and the "Circular Economy Development Strategy and Near-term Action Plan," the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance commissioned the China International Engineering Consulting Corporation to organize experts to review the implementation plans submitted by various localities for the sixth batch of national "urban mine" demonstration bases, and a preliminary list was determined.
To leverage the supervisory role of all sectors of society, and in conjunction with expert reviews, the relevant preliminary list is now being publicized (see attachment). The public comment period is from May 26, 2015 to June 1, 2015. If you have any questions during the public comment period, please fax or mail the relevant information and supporting materials to the Environmental and Resource Protection Department of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Department of Economic Construction of the Ministry of Finance before June 1 (please indicate the contact person and contact information in your letter).
