After the successful integration of the new palladium catalyst testing and evaluation device for the LuXi Group's hydrogen peroxide unit, and nearly 10 days of experimental exploration, the catalyst hydrogenation efficiency recently reached approximately 8.2 g/L, reaching a leading level in the industry.

Palladium catalyst is a catalyst used in hydrogen peroxide production. This catalyst is expensive, and its manufacturing precision, shape, and palladium metal impregnation process all have high requirements. The activity of the palladium catalyst directly affects the hydrogen peroxide yield. To verify the performance and use effect of the hydrogen peroxide palladium catalyst samples independently developed and produced by LuXi Group Catalyst Company, the hydrogen peroxide project team and the production unit organized and planned the implementation of the palladium catalyst testing and evaluation device. Since the device was integrated into the system, the hydrogen peroxide unit has actively cooperated in exploring data, recording the working fluid pressure, working fluid flow rate, hydrogen pressure, hydrogen flow rate, and outlet temperature every two hours, and analyzing the reaction effect every four hours. Through the analysis of the summarized data, the current operating data is stable. This provides favorable conditions for the large-scale use of new and efficient palladium catalysts in subsequent hydrogen peroxide projects.
