Notice on the Compilation of the "China Precious Metals Industry Service Manual

Given the significant changes in unit information and contact persons in the current member data, in order to further facilitate communication channels, promote accurate service and needs matching, build channels for communication and cooperation, and strengthen publicity and promotion, the compilation of the "China Precious Metals Industry Service Handbook", the collection of annual membership fees for 2023, and the re-registration of all member units will be carried out.
To all vice chairmen, member units, and relevant units:
Given the significant changes in unit information and contact persons in the current member data, in order to further improve communication channels, promote accurate service and demand matching, build channels for communication and cooperation, and strengthen publicity and promotion, the compilation of the "China Precious Metals Industry Service Manual, collection of 2023 annual membership fees, and the re-registration of all member units will be carried out. The specific arrangements are as follows:
I. Time Arrangement
1. Member Re-registration: From the date of this notice to October 30, 2023.
2. Membership Fee Payment: From the date of this notice to November 10, 2023.
3. Manual Compilation: From the date of this notice to November 5, 2023. It will be released and distributed at the 17th China Precious Metals Industry Development Forum.
II. Work Arrangement
1. Update member unit information, ensure smooth channels, facilitate contact, respond to requests, and provide accurate services.
2. Update and improve the "Member Service WeChat Group" to build exclusive communication platforms.
3. Compile the "China Precious Metals Industry Service Manual." It is planned to include sections such as Member Unit LOGO Showcase, Association Services, Industry Image, Member Profiles, Policies and Regulations, Supply and Demand Information, and Company Information. It will use copperplate color printing, with dimensions of 21cm*15cm, and 2000 copies will be printed. It will be released and distributed at the 17th China Precious Metals Industry Development Forum. Copies will also be provided to industry authorities, industry associations, industry exhibitions, consulting agencies, etc., showcasing new practices and achievements in green development, enhancing the overall image of the industry, and building a platform for communication and cooperation.
