During the meetings they discussed a current situation for the both sides.
The local leaders introduced an investment environment, such as traffic, cultural aspects, etc. Shangrao welcomes precious metals recycling industry enterprises to invest there. Mr. Bian thinks that Jiangxi Province is a modern type of a precious metal industry cluster. It has the best investment environment and the most suitable investment conditions, that attracts a lot of precious metal corporations. He hopes that the local party and government agencies will continue supporting our enterprises, providing preferential policies and protecting the legitimate interests of the investment in local enterprises.
Then,Mr. Bian visited factories of PMRC member enterprises in order to know the production equipment, technological process and environmental protection measures. He also met Li Yongmin, President, Zhu Xiaowei, General Manager of Hans Platinum Co.,Ltd,Hua Guofang and Li Yongcheng, the main heads of Jiangxi Junxin Precious Metal Material Technology Co.,Ltd.Ye Lirao,General Manager of Shangrao Deli Metals Co.,Ltd.Ren Dongsheng,General Manager, and Li Jianhua Vice General Manager of Jiangxi Yintaile Technology Co.,Ltd., and the main heads of He Feng Copper.
During the meeting they discussed the current state of the enterprise, including the production management, tax and environmental protection situation, the model of precious metals industry transactions, the data of macroanalysis and so on. Additionally, they discussed how to protect lawful benefits of enterprises and recourses such as precious metals scrap from its illegal use. As a conclusion, a low manufacturing capacity and backward technology are the results of a high rate of a resource waste. At the same time, an environment is seriously polluted because of a weak management and the lack of environmental concern. Most of them are unregistered (informal sector) businesses which avoid paying taxes, all these factors cause a loss of national tax.
The main target of our Committee is the coordination of governmental and industrial enterprises in order to guide the precious metal scrap to the formal recycling enterprises and to minimize the partial pollution during precious metal recycling and re-utilization.
