Announcement on the Identification Procedure for the Solid Waste Properties of Imported Goods

In order to implement the "Solid Waste Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China" and further strengthen the identification of solid waste attributes of imported goods, the "Identification Procedure for Solid Waste Attributes of Imported Goods" is now released (see attachment).
Announcement on the Identification Procedure for Solid Waste Attributes of Imported Goods
In order to implement the "Solid Waste Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China" and further strengthen the identification work of solid waste attributes of imported goods, the "Identification Procedure for Solid Waste Attributes of Imported Goods" is hereby released (see attachment).
This procedure shall be implemented from the date of publication, and the "Announcement on the Identification Procedure for Solid Waste Attributes of Imported Goods" (Announcement No. 70 of 2018 by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the General Administration of Customs) is simultaneously abolished.
This is hereby announced.
