Notice on Soliciting Relevant Materials for Revision Opinions on the "Hazardous Waste Elimination Management Inventory" and the "National Hazardous Waste Inventory"

According to the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste" and the "Implementation Plan for Strengthening the Supervision and Utilization of Hazardous Waste Disposal Capacity Reform," the national hazardous waste catalog should be dynamically adjusted.

All relevant units:

     According to the requirements of the Solid Waste Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China and the Implementation Plan for Strengthening the Supervision, Utilization and Disposal Capacity Reform of Hazardous Waste, the national hazardous waste list should be dynamically adjusted. The National Expert Committee for Identification of Hazardous Waste is soliciting opinions on the revision of the National Hazardous Waste List (hereinafter referred to as the "List") and the Hazardous Waste Exclusion Management List (hereinafter referred to as the "Exclusion List") in cooperation with the Solid Waste and Chemicals Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment. Your unit is requested to assist in providing the following relevant materials based on the management and identification of hazardous waste:

 

1、 Opinions and Basis on the Revision of the Catalogue and Exclusion List. Fill in Attachment 1 and Attachment 2 respectively, and provide relevant supporting materials (research report): research results on the hazardous characteristics of solid waste, research results on the utilization and disposal of solid waste, results of solid waste environmental risk assessment, and environmental management of solid waste. Those who propose opinions on the exemption of hazardous waste should also provide the environmental risk assessment results of the proposed exemption stage and the analysis results of the impact of hazardous waste on the industry and environmental supervision after the exemption stage is proposed.

 

2、 Other opinions and suggestions on improving the identification and management of hazardous waste.
