Notice on Public Solicitation of Opinions on the "National Hazardous Waste List (Revised Draft) (Draft for Comments)"

In order to implement the "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Solid Waste Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China", and to strengthen the environmental management of hazardous waste, our department has organized the preparation of the "National Hazardous Waste List (Revised Draft) (Draft for Comments)" and is now publicly soliciting opinions.
In order to implement the "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Law on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste of the People's Republic of China", and to strengthen the environmental management of hazardous waste, our department has organized the preparation of the "National Hazardous Waste List (Revised Draft) (Draft for Comments)" and is now publicly soliciting opinions. The draft for comments and its preparation instructions can be retrieved and viewed in the "Opinion Collection" section on our department's website (http://www.mee.gov.cn).
All government agencies, organizations, industry associations, enterprises, and individuals can submit opinions and suggestions. Relevant opinions should be provided in writing to our department, and electronic materials should also be sent to the designated email. The deadline for soliciting opinions is February 4, 2024.
